ISO must be flashed to USB using UEFI-only mode.

This Windows installation has a few tweaks applied in order to prevent Windows Update from automatically installing an incompatible display driver:
- Windows Update service disabled
- Hosts file modified to block Windows Update sources
- Automatic driver installation disabled
